Job Summary

We are actively seeking reliable, highly organized, and physically strong individuals to join our back-of-house fulfillment team. As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for preparing picked orders for carrier pickup, utilizing packing materials safely, and updating the warehouse management system. You will serve as the final quality checkpoint, delivering the signature reliability that sets us apart in the wholesale retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Packing: Securely pack bulk items—ranging from heavy pantry goods to electronics—into shipping cartons, utilizing proper void fill to prevent transit damage.
• Labeling & Documentation: Utilize shipping software to generate accurate carrier labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS), affixing them clearly to outbound packages.
• Palletizing Shipments: Stack sealed outbound boxes onto pallets logically, shrink-wrapping them securely for the daily carrier freight pickups.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep the shipping and receiving dock immaculate, breaking down excess cardboard and operating the baler safely.
