Job Summary

As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of Store Managers, audit store performance, and implement corporate strategies across your territory. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Area P&L: Manage the aggregated profit and loss for your stores, identifying financial trends and aggressively coaching Store Managers on margin improvements and labor controls.
• Operational Auditing: Conduct regular store walks to audit merchandising standards, freshness compliance, and overall store conditions.
• Talent Strategy: Act as the chief talent officer for the area, managing the succession pipeline, interviewing management candidates, and facilitating leadership training.
• Initiative Execution: Roll out new corporate initiatives, ensuring 100% execution across all locations and providing feedback to corporate teams on local market challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications
