Job Summary

We are actively seeking elite logistical minds to lead our store operations. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all inventory control, visual merchandising updates, and product launch logistics. You will serve as the silent engine of the store, delivering the signature precision that sets Apple apart in the technology retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Manage the flow of millions of dollars in high-value, serialized inventory, executing rigorous daily cycle counts to ensure 100% systemic accuracy.
• Launch Logistics: Orchestrate the highly confidential receiving, staging, and deployment of new products during major global launch events (e.g., new iPhone releases).
• Visual Standards: Partner with the visual team to ensure that all store displays, demo devices, and graphic panels are updated precisely according to global directives.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of back-of-house specialists, fostering a culture of absolute accuracy, security, and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No college degree required; 4+ years of high-volume retail operations, luxury inventory management, or supply chain leadership is strictly required.
• Must possess an obsessive attention to detail, mastery of inventory management software, and absolute integrity regarding product security.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overnights during major product launches.
