Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly organized, analytical, and process-driven individuals to manage store-level operations. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee receiving, inventory control, pricing accuracy, and front-end flow. You will serve as the backbone of the store, delivering the signature efficiency that sets Hy-Vee apart in the grocery industry. This role blends back-office analytics with fast-paced floor management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory & Logistics: Oversee the entire receiving department, ensuring DSD vendors and warehouse trucks are processed swiftly and backrooms remain perfectly organized.
• Pricing Accuracy: Manage the scan coordination team to ensure all shelf tags, promotional signs, and point-of-sale systems are 100% accurate.
• Front End Flow: Direct the checkout and customer service desk teams, optimizing scheduling to ensure minimal wait times during peak hours.
• Compliance & Safety: Drive safety initiatives, ensuring the store is fully compliant with OSHA standards, food safety regulations, and corporate asset protection policies.

Requirements & Qualifications
